2024-2025 Registration

Registration is now open for the 2024/2025 school year.

Spaces are still available for fall in the M/W/F 2s, M/W/F 4s, and M-F 4s classes.  Fill out a registration form to apply for those spots or to join the waitlist for all other classes.

The first step to enrolling at CPS is to view our Virtual Tours. If you have more questions after watching our online tours, please email our director, Emma Standish. The next step is to fill out the online application but the priority or open registration deadlines listed below.

 

Please note: Applications are not prioritized based on any "first come, first served" basis. As long as your application is received by the deadline and you meet the criteria listed below, it doesn't matter how early it is turned in.

The deadline for priority registrants is March 15. 

After the deadline, priority registrants will get the same consideration as an open registrant.

 

The deadline for open registrants is March 22. 

We will continue to accept applications throughout the year if we still have open spots and/or if families wish to be placed on our waiting list.

Priority registration is offered to applicants in the following order:

  1. Students who are currently enrolled in Congregational Preschool

  2. Children of First Congregational Church families

  3. Children of CPS employees

  4. Children whose siblings are currently enrolled in CPS

  5. Children of previous CPS families

The age requirements to register for each class are as follows:

  • Twos Program: Incoming students must be 2 years old by September 1

  • Threes Program: Incoming students must be 3 years old by September 1.

  • Fours Program: Incoming students must be 4 years old by September 1.

 

Class Placement and Fees:

An email confirming a place for your child in Congregational Preschool will be sent by March 27.  If we are unable to offer a placement, we will notify you that your child has been placed on the wait list.

In order to hold your child’s place, please submit payment for the $125 Registration Fee by May 1 and for September tuition by June 1. Fees can be paid in the form of a check submitted via mail to CPS: 1050 E 23rd Ave, Eugene, OR 97405. Registration fees are non-refundable after May 1 as long as CPS offers a placement for the student. Information about our Tuition and Scholarship policies is available here.
